Sonjia Simpson-Gardner, CMP, DES is the CEO of Infinity Consulting Services, Inc., a Metro Detroit-based, Minority Owned, WBENC Certified company that has specialized in servicing event coordination, corporate event planning, human resources training, business consulting and corporate/nonprofit organizations for over 13 years. Ms. Simpson-Gardner is a 13-year veteran event conference planner and she runs a nonprofit organization, Jr./Sr. Entrepreneurs, Inc., founded in 2011, that focuses on offering youth alternative choices other than the standard college or military services options.

Ms. Simpson-Gardner has amassed almost 24 years of experience in the real estate, business, events and mortgage industry and as a certified notary. During that time, she also owned and operated a mortgage service company.

A staple in the community, Ms. Simpson-Gardner is the founder of the National Council of Concerned Citizens (NC3,) and performs community service with a variety of non-profit organizations.

Ms. Simpson-Gardner graduated from Oakland University in 1996 with a degree in Human Resource Training and Development, with a minor in Labor and Employment Laws. In 2013, she completed the Event Planning Design and Management course at Western Michigan University. In 2020 she became a Digital Event Strategist from Professional Convention Management Association and a Certified Meeting Professional from Events Industry Council allowing her to operate at the highest level of the Events and Meeting industry. 

Sonjia’s professional membership includes Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. Professional Convention Management Association, Events Industry Council, National Coalition of Black Meeting Professionals and National Association of Real Estate Brokers.
